I plugged in a USB headset and Nahimic 2 doesn’t seem to support it. Why?
Nahimic only supports jack devices. USB headsets have their own drivers, audio processing and software which are completely independent of Nahimic.

How can I exit Nahimic?
You can close Nahimic interface but the audio effects you chose will still be activated until you manually switch them off from the interface.
If you switch OFF the global button in Audio and Micro tab, and then close Nahimic interface, then you would have fully deactivated all Nahimic features.

What is a default device?
The default device (playback and/or recording) selected in Windows® device manager is the device that allows you to hear or capture sound.

Can I tune separately the volume for front and rear speaker ?
Yes, there’s a separate volume bar for front speaker and rear speaker, so you can adjust accordingly based on your need.

[NEW] Incompatibility issues between Nahimic and third party applications or games
You have an incompatibility issue with Nahimic and your application/game is crashing?
Since Nahimic v1.4.14 we have implemented a new setting call "Sound Tracker Engine". Let it disabled to avoid any conflict between Nahimic and other programs.
1. Go in the Settings page
2. Disable the Sound Tracker Engine
Now you will avoid any incompatibility issue with other running application/game.
Therefore, the Sound Tracker feature is unusable.

There is a delay between my front and rear speakers when I'm using Easy Surround, how do I handle this?
If you can feel a delay between your front device (i.e: internal speakers) and your rear device (Bluetooth speakers) you can use the "Delay" bar to adjust the latency. As latency is mainly due to hardware (from Bluetooth technology), if the latency is really important, we suggest you to change a Bluetooth speaker to a more recent one.

I uninstalled Nahimic. How do I install it again?
You can reinstall Nahimic 3 application from the Microsoft store.
If you have uninstalled the driver part too, you can find on your manufacturer's website the latest audio driver available from your system.

Everything seems well set and all buttons are “On” but Nahimic’s audio effects don’t seem to work, I can’t hear any difference!
It’s possible that your Windows® audio settings disabled all audio effects on your device. To turn them on, just follow these instructions: 1 - On your Windows® taskbar, right-click on the volume icon. 2 - Click on Playback devices or Recording devices, depending on the devices you are interested in. Playback devices are audio devices, like speakers or headphones. Recording devices are capture devices, like microphones. You may have to apply these instructions to both. 3 - Right click on your current default device and click on Properties. 4 - Click on the Enhancements tab and make sure the disabling
