I'm a Aorus 7 KB user, and I tried all the way, try to make Nahimic working back normally, included using Nahimic restore tool, everytime I used that tool, the tool always told me "Restone successful", in fact it's totally "successfully' not working at all!
Hello everyone, I managed to resolve the issue on my system (ASRock Z790 Pro RS/D4). I checked the logs, and the PowerShell Community Extensions (Pscx) module was overriding Expand-Archive.
Removing the module was the fastest way to allow the scripts to run. The solution on the developers' side would be using it as Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive\Expand-Archive.

Same situation, my AORUS 17 WA had the NAHIMIC driver updated and it stopped working, I installed the tool but the problem persists.oh i fixed it!! BONUS... FIXED it with devolution of the MB driver for the audio - delete app store - then delete driver - then use AsRock App shop to reinstall - - - then drop the update through there .... BTW ... @ Nahimic....

Всем привет, вообщем столкнулся сегодня с этой проблемой, мало того у меня перестал работать polichrom подсветка, мать у меня B 660 Pro RS, ссылка на драйвер не помогла, решим проблему следующим образом удалил дравер Realtec nahimic после удалил сам нахимик поставил все последние дрова на windows после через приложение APP Shop от Asrock обновил все дрова после зашёл на сайт нашёл материнку свою и поставил все дрова обратно, заметил что именноNahimic(v1.9.22_APO4) последней версии помог вернуть всё в жизнь наушники LOgitech Astro A30 Mandalorian
Помогло скачать SDI Mini Tool. Качнуть индекс паки, найти обновление для APO4 Nahimic драйвера и установить. После этого приложение из MS Store должно работать нормально. Пробуйте.

I installed this and it completely bricked my windows 11 on restart, making it to where I can't open any apps and any that launch on startup are extremely slow and unresponsive. can't even open task manager or anything. going to try to fix it using safe mode but I can't believe how horrible this situation is. running a Gigabyte A5 X1

Hello, sorry if the way this is written is not correct, I am using a translator to contribute to the community, I recently managed to make the program (nahimic) work again.
The solution is quite simple, the only thing that needs to be updated is the swc audio driver to version 4.9.10.
If you can't find the driver in the device manager, I will tell you the exact path.
Once inside the device manager, look for the software components section. Once deployed, the driver called "A-Volute APO 4" may appear as the first option, this is the one we must update.
By the way, the nahimic program must be at version 1.10.1.
Once you update the driver, restart the computer and the program should work

Install the Nahimic software from the Microsoft Store -> download "A-Volute - SoftwareComponent - 4.9.10.0" from this link: https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=a-volute%20-%20softwarecomponent -> extract the Cab file to a folder with e.g. the program Winrar (https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) -> go to Device Manager -> Software Components -> Nahimic Nh4 Audio Effects Component -> right-click on it -> update driver -> click on browse my computer for drivers -> click on browse -> select the folder you previously extracted the files into -> click on next -> restart the computer -> done

Hi, thanks for this suggestion. I noticed that 4.9.10.0 is only available for Windows 11 for all 3 options in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
Did you install 4.9.10.0 on a Windows 10 machine? I'm on 10 still so wanted to ask before doing anything.

First install FX Sound, use it for 3 days, then install Nehemic until a conflicting application statement appears, after that install NahimicRestoreTool_1.0.5.exe, don't restart it first, but delete the FX Sound application, & restart your laptop. Hopefully it works.

Не получается обновить драйвера Nahimic (1), поскольку во время этого процесса возникает ошибка (2).
На данный момент установлены все последние обновления windows 10 (ноутбук honor magicbook 15).
Примечательно, что никакие из способов обновления драйверов, описанные некоторыми пользователями тут, мне не помогли.

Cтояла 11 винда - все работало, но мне 11 не зашла, откатился до 10, теперь динамики ноута в трубу закатались. Клоню на то что не могу на 10 винду драйвера скачать с Леновского офф сайта.
Есть ли решение для 10 вин?
Что только не пробовал (точнее все)!
Но возвращаться на 11 не особо хочется конечно
i have the same issue, and i tried reinstalling Realtek audio driver and the Nahimic driver and app but nothing worked, i think i just accidently deleted something that were named SteelSeries 2 days ago from the control panel and now today i tried using Nahimic and it wouldn't work.
my laptop is the MSI GF75 Thin 9SC, i tried reinstalling its audio driver from the MSI page itself and still didnt work.

Привет всем! Хочу поделиться способом решения проблемы с отсутствием звука на ноутбуке Lenovo 15IRX9 под управлением Windows 10, при этом использовал драйверы, предназначенные для Windows 11:
Для моего ноутбука на официальном сайте Lenovo были доступны только драйверы для Windows 11. Я решил попробовать их установить на Windows 10. Драйверы установились без проблем, но звука всё ещё не было.
Затем я установил программу Nahimic, предназначенную для Windows 10.
После установки Nahimic, исчез из диспетчера устройств, но звук наконец-то заработал.
Этот метод оказался успешным, несмотря на первоначальное отсутствие звука после установки драйверов для другой версии Windows. Если у вас аналогичная проблема, этот подход может помочь вам также. Удачи!
