I have set up Easy Surround but I can't hear any sound coming out from my BT speaker?

Be aware Easy Surround feature is optimized when the audio source is providing 5.1 or 7.1 audio format. As the feature is using the audio information from the rear channels to be played into the Bluetooth speaker.

Make sure the application you use (game, Netflix or others) is providing multichannel audio format for a perfect experience.

If you're using stereo content, you can also enjoy a limited experience by activating our Surround effect in Nahimic audio tab. Depending on the app which is playing audio you might have some sound in the rear BT speaker but the feature is not well optimized for this case yet.

Hello, 

My set up worked when I pressed the "try" button in the software (and when I used an online multichannel surround tester, from a random site), but I still had problem with my read speaker (in Youtube, Disney+ and Netflix etc). 

The problem was that used those (Youtube, Disney+ and Netflix etc) on my browser, and when I downloaded there apps, the problem was solved (the easy surround worked).
