A few years ago I rejected Nahimic due to constant problems. Today I tested Nahimic, hoping the software is better than earlier. But no, the same issues persist year after year. I went back to Equalizer APO which is very light, using only one core, and very versatile and powerful eq.
In your Sound Device's Properties, Under the Advanced tab, Make sure "Enable Audio Enhancements" is Checked, in order to Allow Nahimic to Process Audio. This is the only thing that worked for me after checking every other option.
Hello from Russia!
Nahimic effects didn't work for me either. I tried different ways, reinstalled drivers a hundred times, but nothing helped.
But the following helped me: Open the MSI Center>Feature sets(The upper right corner of MSI Center's page)>Sound Tune>Install this feature and check it again>Set the checkboxes as on the screenshot.
After rebooting everything worked.
wow ! you really guided me towards the solution for my issue !
previously all my audio output works well with nahimic except the audio 3.5mm jack in which whatever the headset/iem is i couldn't get any of them working together with nahimic sound effects.
searching for solutions and then i saw your post here and went to check MSI center. i couldn't find MSI sound tune but i did found in support → live update → Nahimic Driver need to do some update. i tried it and it solve my issue. thanks !
