I'm having the same problem with my MSI GP62MVR just after updating it to the W10 Creators Update, my laptop is mute and has the same error.

I have factory reset my laptop, and downloaded the latest Nahimic from MSI website, but still got this issue, running any game will result snow screen and a restart

Been about a month ago since I reported this and there's been no update other than "we're working on it".  I've been without any audio enhancements for a month now... What gives Nahimic?  You had plenty of warning about the Creators Update coming...

Programm doesnt working, if i launch it anyway i have horrible sound quality, also on GT72VR. problem still exist on latest drivers and program

Hey everyone!

We are testing newest version of 2+ to avoid any issue like the one just above. If you are experiencing any issue, go back on 2.3.15 please :)

2.3.15 doesn't resolve anything - still getting errors in Event Viewer upon boot:

I have the same issue with Audio driver:6.0.1.8067/Nahimic:2.3.15 and still with Audio driver:6.0.1.8083/Nahimic:2.3.17 which released yesterday on the MSI-Website.

I find the error after every reboot, but only since the installation of Windows 10 Creators Update:

It's clearly an issue with Realtek drivers and Windows 10 CU still to be fixed.

I use the nahimic 2.5.6 from another download driver product. I have gt73vr 7rf. And use nahimic 2.5.6 from aegis driver

Just now I have had a windows update (KB4016240).

I read some of the fixes but nothing about this problem. I have a MSI GT72S notebook only 12 months old and since the upgrade to the creator version I have had an alarming number of BOSD's. The last BOSD actually made the sound/noise a stuttering sound from the sound card until system collected the DMP and rebooted.
The way I found this thread was the windows error reporting showing the main culprit being AUDIODG.EXE, version: 10.0.15063.0.

All the windows reports since I installed the Creator update system have been the above file.

The current MSI website drivers and Nahimic software they offer.
Audio driver:6.0.1.8067/Nahimic:2.3.15

Joining in with the same error since Creators Edition!

I have a same problem!

Only with creator update

We are investigating the issue :)

Me to.

You can click on yes, we need Realtek audio driver to work.

I've done that, rebooted, and still get the same prompt.  Tried the latest 6.0.1.8105 RealTek driver and still get the same prompt - and the same error message in the Event Logs. I even tried the version of Nahimic/RealTek drivers from MSI's website and I'm still getting the errors. Never had any of these issues until I installed the CU version of Windows 10.

Also, I'd like to report that when right-clicking the speaker icon in the systray and selecting Playback devices, I get the following screen:

Obviously I tell it No as I'm using Nahimic for audio enhancements, but the errors still persist in Event Viewer.

No, it's recorded in the Application event log every time my laptop boots. Just started with the Creators Update.

Hello Anolin, Do you have this problem when you open the application?
